Which way's up?

Help! My computer is being held hostage! The culprit is a man about 5'11, brown hair, hazel eyes, beautiful hazel eyes. He may have a stern look about his face and not even realize your trying to take the computer away from him....but run quickly if you get it! He's chasing deadlines with my laptop!! He told me he was holding it for ransom but I paid and no computer....so don't believe the "Ransom" story!
